Macprofessionals, Inc. is a minority-owned (woman-owned) technology integration company based in Novi, Michigan.
Macprofessionals was founded in January 2000 with the goal of providing sales, service, support, and integration related to the Apple Macintosh platform. Macprofessionals was conceived to deliver the highest level of customer service to consumers of Apple products. All employees are committed to a philosophy of excellence and service.
At the time the company was founded, the ownership, management, and employees all had extensive experience with the Apple channel, value added resellers, and the specific vertical markets on which the business model was conceived.
Macprofessionals operates with distinct divisions in Education, Video/Film, Enterprise, Professional Services, Training, Inventory Management, Hardware Center, Contract Placement, and Help Desk.
Since it`s founding, Macprofessionals has enjoyed 40% year-over-year growth, with an expansion to over 40 engineers, sales executives, specialists, and administrative staff.

Since its formation, the company has been one of the leading computer support businesses in the Midwest Region, employing the largest staff of Apple-certified technicians in the U.S. The company has expanded its services to include all computer platforms. The Macprofessionals professional services division is called on for its expertise on a wide variety of subjects, and those engagements have taken us around the U.S. Presently, the company is exploring opportunities in Canada and the Bahamas.
